Resolved -
Google has generated subscription data through October 3. October 2nd and 3rd, are currently reporting partial data and will be automatically updated as Google releases additional information.

Update -
Google's subscription reports still carry the delays from the 24th. As soon as additional dates are released, we will automatically import the data for everyone.

Monitoring -
Since September 24th, Google’s subscription reports have been showing delayed or partial data.
What's impacted? - New subscriptions/activations and cancellations are delayed after the 24th. - Active subscriptions are available through September 29th, but may be incomplete.
We’ve reached out to Google in hopes of bringing these reports up to date. Once Google makes additional data available in their exportable reports, we’ll automatically import the missing days and metrics.

We're able to import ranks from Apple again, without any changes on our end, beginning at 10am EST. Looks like Apple had an issue for a few hours on their end, impacting ranks for the window. Now that Apple's issue has been resolved, we're able to import ranks successfully.
