We identified an issue affecting App Store rating data on March 27th and March 31st. During this time, most apps experienced a delay in rating updates, and new ratings were not published on these dates. This issue did not impact all apps—some apps may show missing ratings for one day, both days, or may not have been affected at all.
Any ratings submitted on March 27th and March 31st were processed and became visible the following day. As a result, you may notice a higher number of new ratings in your Appfigures ratings report on March 28th and April 1st.
App Store reviews were not affected. Reviews continued to be published and imported into Appfigures as usual.
