Update

We're in the process of reaching out to Apple. In the meantime, we've implemented a workaround that should keep most accounts updating normally.

Another reminder: our recommendation for new and existing Apple account connections, using an app-specific password, is the preferred method. It's more reliable, avoids the current issue entirely, and is the setup we'd recommend going forward.

We'll post another update as soon as we hear back from Apple.

Identified

Apple is experiencing issues on its end right now, which are affecting the refresh of App Store Connect accounts and making it difficult to link new ones when using 2FA.

Linking with an app-specific password should do the trick. An app-specific password is the method we recommend anyway, so that's the way to go.

We'll monitor in the meantime and close this out once Apple resolves the issue.
